The Windy Day in Hormitropolis

It was a windy day in .

Ohm, Ori, Ciar and Cari were helping to prepare the Spring Festival.

They hung bright decorations.

They put flowers on the tables.

They carried fruit in small baskets.

Everything looked happy and ready.

Then the wind blew harder.

A big gust rushed through the square.

The decorations flew into the air.

Some flowers fell to the ground.

Apples and berries rolled into the grass.

“Oh no!” said Cari.

Ori looked around quickly.

“We can fix this,” she said.

Ohm nodded.

“Let’s work together.”

Ciar ran after the ribbons that were caught in a bush.

Ori picked up the fruit from the grass.

Cari gathered the flowers and put them back on the tables.

Ohm found small stones.

He placed them on the corners of the decorations.

“Now the wind cannot take them again,” he said.

The four friends kept working.

They moved fast.

They helped one another.

Soon the square looked bright again.

The decorations were safe.

The flowers were fresh.

The fruit was back on the tables.

Mayor Antonia came to see the festival.

She smiled at the four friends.

“Well done,” she said. “You saved the day.”

At last, the music started.

The people of sang and danced in the sun.

Cari smiled.

“The festival is beautiful again.”

Ciar laughed.

“Yes. And the wind did not win.”

Ori looked at the decorations moving softly in the air.

“They are strong now,” she said.

Ohm looked at his friends.

“We are strong too,” he said.

Then the four friends joined the festival and enjoyed the bright, windy day together.
